Help Desk Specialist

Growing Luxury Technology company is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to be an integral member of the technology team that supports the business and team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support to Members for issues relating to the App and Client Web Site • • Provide technical assistance and support to Employees with issues relating to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Work closely with Network Administrators to help them with some of their primary tasks: Support for Windows 7, 10, OS X 10+
• Perform network address assignment
• Test Disaster Avoidance Plans Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory service Assist users on daily issues that arise with computer, mobile device or account issues.
• Mobile phone troubleshooting (iPhone, Android)

Requirements:
• Knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Understanding of the following protocols: DHCP, DNS, Telnet, MAC.
•   Understanding of the following Technology: VPN, VOiP, WiFi
•   Good knowledge Microsoft Office products
•   Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
•   Understanding the OSI model and TIA cabling standards
